Maude Caillat Quartet

From Switzerland to Senegal for almost a decade then Paris and finally New Orleans, Maude Caillat is a saxophone player with a unique musicality who's always in a quest of a jazz beyond any borders . Based in New Orleans and leading a few projects locally (SingleMaltPlease, The Afrodiziac's Jazz, The Bra's Band), Maude Caillat bring with her Quartet a more intimate version of her universe. influenced by modern and traditional oriental fusion with (of course) a touch of Coltrane, sophistication, high level and focus in jazz improvisation and subtle melodies are just a few words to describe the music of this emerging Quartet.
