Formed in 1988 and with over 100 shows each year, BOD is sought after to bring the party to festivals, corporate events, weddings, and private events internationally. Along with our flair for kabuki make-up and extravagant iconic-costumes, BOD cover songs in a style we have branded as Superpop: Any song popular from any era "suped-up" in a unique way one would expect from a city known for it’s music, culture, and parties. Our flamboyant performances are a combination of ultimate showmanship, call and response audience participation, visual ingenuity, professional musicianship and pure entertainment with a nod to the comedy gods. We have received Offbeat Magazine's "Best of Beat" Award in the cover band category by their readers over a dozen times in the last 2 decades because the folks who vote for this have the best times at our shows.
