GONE WITH THE WEST is a powerhouse all-female band: Multiple IWMA/AWA/Wrangler-winning vocalist and songwriter Mary Kaye Holt; WWA Spur Award winner (2022 Best Western Song) & 2023 Western Heritage Wrangler Award (Best Traditional Western album) vocalist/keyboardist Micki Fuhrman; 2023 IWMA Songwriting Competition winner, singer/songwriter/guitarist Tecia McKenna, and 2023 & 2024 IWMA Musician of the Year nominee, Merna Lewis, aka “The Barefoot Fiddler,” a fourth-generation female fiddle player and singer. The band was recognized in 2023 as the Academy of Western Artists (AWA) Group/Duo of the year; 2024 International Western Music Association (IWMA) Group/Duo of the year Nominee, 2024 IWMA Female Vocalist nominees (Mary Kaye Holt and Micki Fuhrman) and won in the 2024 IWMA Songwriting Contest for their group-penned song "Heartbreak Moon", with a release date planned later in 2025. 2024 singles “A New Someday” and “Colorado Cowboy" High class western music and fashion!
