Cello is one of the hottest instruments right now and The Austin Duo uses the cello to bring a new spin to popular music. With contemporary lush cello/guitar arrangements from Radiohead to The Red Hot Chili Peppers - we provide updated classic rock and alternative rock covers on beautiful acoustic instruments that make the perfect music backdrop for any cocktail party, wedding, or corporate event large or small. We have setlists with a mix of 80s, 90s covers and current hits specifically arranged for acoustic cello and guitar. It is sometimes possible to add custom requests for $200 per song with sufficient advance notice. We bring our own PA and all of our own equipment and simply need access to an electrical outlet.
