Jeff Woods is a powerhouse indie soul singer & songwriter in Nashville, TN. He is heavily influenced by the rich sounds of Muscle Shoals, Motown, Chicago, Nashville, and his home roots of Bristol, TN. His vocal pedigree is carved out of soul, rock, r&b, and blues-americana. His pallet of loving such a various group of artists & being influenced by them, has shaped his talent to make him versatile enough to sing on any stage in any genre. Jeff was born & raised into a musical family in East Tennessee that has performed on the Grand Ole Opry stage. In 2018 Jeff released his hit album "The Count". A concept album to represent his love of retro 70's soul mixed with modern undertones of the blues. The Nashville Scene Magazine declared this album one of the best soul-blues albums released in Nashville for 2018. The “Jeff Woods Band” has been a staple in the Nashville music scene for a long time. Jeff has opened for legends like: Steve Cropper, Kansas, Joe Bonamassa, John Berry, KC-i & Jojo.
