The Enneagram For Your Team By Ramona Reid

This is an interactive workshop (can cater duration to the team's size and needs) where we meet the group where they are with their information about the Enneagram, either as a follow up to the Introduction to the Enneagram presentation or a stand-alone deep-dive into group dynamics based on types. We create language and understanding for different personality types, and discuss how to leverage different type's strengths. We focus on type-specific communication and developing compassion for ourselves and our coworkers.
