Within Future of Work, I cover what actually drives performance when AI is reshaping every job in the building: your people. Technology isn't the differentiator anymore — how you unleash human passion is. I dig into what's sitting untapped inside most organizations right now, why traditional engagement tactics are missing it, and what leaders need to shift to turn that passion into a real competitive engine before their competitors figure it out.

Within Workplace Culture, I cover what actually creates connection at work and it isn't more perks, more programs, or more mandates from the top. Culture is built when people feel safe enough to bring what they actually care about into the room, and when leaders and teams learn to spark that collaboration instead of engineering it from a policy document. I share what I've seen from inside corporate environments about the difference between culture that's declared and culture that's genuinely lived and how passion is the thing that closes that gap.

Within Leadership Mindset, I challenge the idea that leadership is a title you're given. It's a mindset you claim. Every person in the room already has what it takes to lead, whether or not "leader" is in their job description. I cover how to recognize the passion already inside you, own it without waiting for permission, and use it to create change right where you sit. This isn't about climbing the ladder. It's about stepping into your power now, wherever you are.

Within Professional Growth, I cover how passion, not just performance, is what actually moves careers forward. Too many people wait for a title, a promotion, or permission before they let themselves be seen and heard at work. I unpack how naming what you care about and bringing it into the room is one of the most underused growth strategies there is, and how that shift changes not just how you're perceived, but the opportunities that start finding you.

Within Sustainability, I bring the lens of someone who's led it from the inside. I spent a decade building corporate sustainability strategy, not just talking about it. But what I actually cover isn't frameworks or compliance; it's what I learned about people while doing that work: that the sustainability efforts which stick are the ones that tap into what people already care about, not the ones driven by mandate. I use my own story navigating that world to show how passion, not process, is what turns any initiative, sustainability included, into something that lasts.

I came to Courtney’s session hungry for answers and a sense that I could make a difference and have an impact in the realm of sustainable meetings. Her blend of stories, facts, ideas, and a roadmap offered me the motivation and information I needed to implement my own sustainable path as a speaker. Her style is friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. Her topic is essential. I can’t think of anyone who wouldn’t benefit from Courtney’s message and style.

Jessie States, CMP, CMM - Meeting Professionals International

I have had the idea of Impact, sustainability, and improving our world ever since I started the recycling program in my school in 7th grade. What have I done about it since then? The answer is not enough. It has been on my mind so much lately. So much that I joined my company’s business council and was able to hear our chief social impact officer speak. That got my wheels turning, and then BOOM, I had a session with Courtney and had the privilege of listening to her Keynote at a recent conference. Not only did it stress the importance of this issue to me but inspired me. This inspired me to reach out to my companies Chief Impact Officer to see how I can become more involved and what I can do to make an impact in this space. Courtney is as she claims, engaging, practical, & approachable. She provokes thought on an issue that cannot go unaddressed.
