The Demolition Brass Band captures that festive and joyous sound of New Orleans music to audiences in the Northeast and beyond. We also perform regularly in New Orleans with NOLA royalty such as the Dirty Dozen Brass Band, the Soul Rebels and the Treme Brass Band +.
We simply love what we do.
The band members have also performed/recorded with a who's who in the music industry such as Nile Rodgers, Frank Sinatra, Gloria Gaynor, Ray Charles, Sammy Davis Jr., Parliament Funkadelic, Buddy Rich, Christian McBride, Billy Hart, Les Paul, Roy Ayers, George Porter Jr., Gil Scott Heron, Walter "Wolfman" Washington, and many others.
In addition, they've performed at Radio City, New York Stock Exchange, on Broadway, Madison Square Garden, Yankee Stadium, plus numerous weddings and corporate events.

Having Demolition Brass Band surprise our guests at our wedding was the absolute best decision we made. They listened to all our song request and have a variety of genres in their repertoire. Dave and the band were absolutely stellar! Not only are they top-notch musicians and their music exciting and joyful, but they are a pleasure to deal with. Flexible, accommodating, creative, well-dressed and very cool. We had the band sneak up behind the guests at our outdoor wedding. When our vows were done, with a serious face, my wife said to the crowd, "I have a question for you.... (pause)... ARE YOUR READY TO PARTY??!!!" She blew a whistle and the band burst into Do What You Wanna before anyone knew they were even there. What a moment!! Then they led a parade to the reception.
