Have you ever walked into a bar, café, or boutique store, and received *remarkably* poor service? I’m not talking about a busy la Colombe or an understaffed Woodbury Commons outlet. I mean walking into a place of business where you don’t feel welcome– and it kind of feels like it’s done on purpose. You get the impression that *you* are the one who is supposed to ‘wait for it,’ ‘work for it,’ ‘just be cool,’ or figure out how to ‘fit in.’ The thing is, not all DJs who are booked for private events see helping people celebrate a unique chapter in their lives as their final destination. For them, it pays the rent while they wait for a chance to DJ at Marquee. Not me. I live for private, specially-programmed events. I will lead by listening to your story and your vision of the perfect occasion. I will hear your challenges, doubts, and questions. This offering is perfect for anyone who does not need a DJ involved in their wedding ceremony, but needs a DJ for other parts of the nuptial experience. From an engagement party to a wedding afterparty, to a wedding reception, I am happy to bring sound, lighting, and my hosting/Emceeing duties in addition to a sound system & my DJ controller setup!
