Left Coast Quintet

Left Coast Quintet is a San Diego-based professional wind ensemble bringing live music to concerts, corporate events, weddings, celebrations, and community spaces throughout Southern California. Performing together since 2014, we’ve built a reputation for performances that are polished, engaging, and anything but stuffy. Our repertoire spans classical favorites, film and television music, Broadway, jazz, pop, Disney, video game music, holiday favorites, and more. That versatility allows us to tailor the music to the audience, setting, and atmosphere of each event, whether you’re looking for something elegant and sophisticated, upbeat and recognizable, or a little unexpected. You’ll find us everywhere from concert halls, museums, libraries, and gardens to conferences, cocktail hours, corporate receptions, holiday parties, weddings, and private celebrations. As an acoustic wind ensemble, we can create a rich, distinctive sound without overpowering conversation, making us especially well suited for events where music should enhance the experience rather than compete with it. More than background music, Left Coast Quintet creates an experience. We love interacting with guests, sharing stories about the music and our instruments, and taking requests when possible. Our five instruments also give guests something interesting to see and talk about, making the ensemble a natural conversation starter. We can work with event planners to customize repertoire, performance length, and ensemble size to fit the occasion, including smaller configurations when appropriate. Whether we’re the centerpiece of a concert or setting the atmosphere for an unforgettable event, our goal is simple: great music, genuine connection, and a performance people remember.
