Alleyah Kate

Born and raised in New York City by two Filipino parents, Alleyah Kate was very heavily influenced by music - from ABBA, to The Carpenters, The Eagles, Donna Summer, America, Michael Bublé, Billy Joel, Céline Dion, Journey, Stevie Wonder, Bee Gees, Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin... the eclectic list goes on. As a proud alumna of Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts (also known as the "Fame" school!), music has been an integral part of Alleyah Kate's life. LaGuardia has helped build her foundation in classical music and proficiency in singing in multiple languages, as well as singing in choirs. Alleyah Kate hopes to use her talent to help others feel and connect through music when words simply aren't enough. "My purpose is to sprinkle a sense of commUNITY everywhere I go. The key here is to make people feel something--whatever that something may be."
