Jen Borrero

Jen Borrero is a speaker, housing advocate, and community-driven developer who helps people turn ideas into action by building alignment, trust, and shared vision. She is the founder of Common Ground Development, where she works at the intersection of housing, leadership, and community development to create projects rooted in equity and long-term impact. A first-generation Latina and TEDx speaker, Jen has led initiatives from grassroots organizing to international development and search and rescue missions, equipping the next generation of leaders to navigate differences and build systems that create lasting change. When she’s not speaking or working on housing projects, she’s traveling, chasing adrenaline, and collecting stories that shape how she leads.
