Pianist & Violinist Marini Kelley

Marini was nothing short of amazing! She performed at my wife and I wedding early this April and from the moment we first connected she was great. She is excellent at communicating with the client leading up to the event and covering specific details which made everyone much more comfortable. By doing this she ensured there was no confusion and that we were all on the same page. She plays very elegant, warm, and smooth regardless of the piece and she was the perfect fit for our wedding. She had no problem taking song requests, even if they were new to her and played them so well that you would not have known she had just learned the song recently. We were very proud of the experience she created for us, as it will be a life long memory. I can not thank her more and she is 100% my first call in the event a violinist or pianist is ever needed again! A true professional from start to finish and even during the rehearsal and the day of ceremony!

The regular pianist at our Church got sick on Friday evening, meaning Marini only had a day to learn nearly a dozen pieces, most of which were unfamiliar to her, including a choir performance. She adapted quickly to our liturgy, and managed to beautifully play everything from ancient chants to modern hymns. Not only did she perform well, she was also communicative, professional, and punctual. I look forward to working with her again!

It is an absolute joy to watch Marini use her gifts, she is incredibly talented and dedicated. Her mastery of both the piano and violin is nothing short of extraordinary. Marini’s professionalism and consistent communication with me was impeccable. The piano performance at the wedding was breathtaking from the moment she performed. Hearing ‘Simply Beautiful’ by Maxwell played live as I walked down the aisle was unforgettable and an emotional moment. This could not have happened without Marini. Marini plays the piano and violin for our church. This past Sunday she played a violin solo. Afterward, a handful of people told me how moved they were by it. Her piano playing, too, is confident but not "in your face." In addition to her musical abilities, Marini is also extremely easy to work with and a lovely person.

Marini Kelley is an accomplished pianist who plays with the anointing of the Holy Spirit and with great skill. We led worship for a women's event, and the praise and worship time was Spirit-led, God-honoring, and engaging. She has great musicality and timing to play with the right dynamic (piano/mezzo forte/forte) and balance to keep everyone engaged and participating in worshipping the Lord. She will continue to be my first choice for upcoming events.
