Red's Western Hat Bar & Leather Branding

Red's Western brings two activations to your event: a custom hat bar and a live leather branding station. Guests design their own cowboy hat and press their initials into genuine leather — with a hot iron, in front of their eyes, at the event. The Leather Branding Station A hot iron pressed into real leather, live on site. Guests choose a leather good — passport wallets, key tags, hat bands, dopp kits, koozies, luggage tags, coasters, valet trays — then watch their initials, your logo, or the event mark burn in. It is the moment that stops people mid-conversation. Pairs with the hat bar or runs as a standalone activation. The Custom Hat Bar Guests pick their hat shape, color, bands, feathers, and accessories. A stylist works one-on-one with each person, then hot-brands initials or a symbol directly into the felt. They put it on and walk out wearing it. Two tiers: Rancher and Cattleman. Hot branding included in every tier. Who You're Working With Red's Western is led by Vanessa Vaught, a fourth-generation Texas leatherworker. Her great-great-grandfather opened a harness and bridle shop in Rockwall in 1926. She has been working leather since 2013. That heritage is behind every iron press at the station. Red's Western is a sister company of Double or Nothing Two-Step, Austin's most recognized country dance instruction company (Texas Monthly, Southern Living, Garden & Gun, PBS, Tribeza, Austin Monthly).
