My favorite session of the conference was "The Pivot Principle." It started as a speech about how improv could be used to help move us forward, but on a deeper level, it touched on the importance of creating space for ourselves and our teams to grow through missteps as we move toward greatness. His session wasn’t just another feel-good speech about theory and ideas; there were childhood-like exercises we participated in that drove home adult applications. I volunteered for one of the exercises, and while I was a little nervous, I had a genuine blast. The impact of the experience is one I will definitely take forward with me.
