Ben Kjar

Ben Kjar has spent his life doing what others thought he couldn't — and helping people rethink what's possible for themselves. Born with Crouzon Syndrome, a rare craniofacial condition, he grew up navigating surgeries, setbacks, and other people's assumptions about his future. But he chose to Disobey Average, becoming Utah Valley University's first-ever NCAA Division I Wrestling All-American, a Greco-Roman World Champion at age 40, and a real estate entrepreneur who’s built multi-million-dollar companies, as well as the subject of the award-winning documentary Standout: The Ben Kjar Story. He brings that same mindset to organizations, empowering sales kickoffs, leadership summits, and audiences worldwide to stop playing small and start taking action.
