Helping organizations move from burnout and survival mode back into creativity, connection, and joy.

Beth Inglish grew up in survival mode. What brought her back wasn't a framework or a formula — it was a paintbrush, a guitar, and the discovery, as a scuba diving instructor, that slow, intentional breath thirty feet underwater could regulate a nervous system that years of fight/flight had hijacked. That discovery became her life's work. Today Beth is a keynote speaker, artist, and singer-songwriter who helps organizations move their people from burnout and dysregulation back into creativity, connection, and joy. Her keynotes are full sensory experiences — story, original music, visual art, and science-backed nervous system tools that audiences feel long after they leave the room. Her clients include Bridgestone Americas, Salesforce, Gannett, MPI, and the Tennessee Department of Mental Health. She is the founder of the Nashville Creative Group (nearly 10,000 members), voted Best of Stage by Smart Meetings, and is based in Nashville, Tennessee.

Grounded in neuroscience and delivered through story, original music, and visual art. Attendees leave with: A science-backed understanding of burnout as nervous system dysregulation — not a personal failing Immediate tools for nervous system regulation they can use the same day A new relationship with creativity as a biological reset, not a personality trait Renewed sense of purpose, connection, and what's actually possible

Your message was exactly what we wanted and needed in a Keynote Speaker. We were able to weave themes of your message throughout the rest of our conference and I can personally attest that the levels of stress in our day jobs were significantly reduced after hearing your talk.

This year's event with Beth Inglish was so moving and inspirational! I am truly blessed to work for an organization that prioritizes lifting the voices of underrepresented groups and that listens to its teammates until every voice is heard. Together we will thrive. With one voice we are just annoying, but with a community, we will impact change.

Beth, thank you so much for being the MC yesterday! You did an amazing job and made this event fabulous! You added the energy and vibe, and made it all transition fluidly. Most of the audience stayed to the end and kept engaged. And you took a ton of stress off me! Thank you!
