Nashville honky-tonk crooner James Carothers is known for his stone-country originals & spot-on impressions of country music's greatest icons.
James has been performing professionally in Nashville since 2015 & has played over 2000 shows at venues like AJ's Good Time Bar, The Nashville Palace, Martin’s BBQ, & Music City Bar. He enjoys playing fairs, festivals, bars, corporate events, & private events all across the U.S., & has also traveled to Canada, Japan, Scotland, Norway, Lichtenstein, Brazil, & the Faroe Islands for shows.
HIGHLIGHTS:
Received a standing ovation following Grand Ole Opry debut at the Ryman Auditorium in 2020.
Selected to open Alan Jackson’s show at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville in Oct 2021, as well as several tour dates on Jackson’s “Honky Tonk Highway” tour (2019 – 2025).
Listed as one of Rolling Stone Country’s “10 New Country Artists You Need to Know".
