Anja Yamaji was born and raised in Hamburg, Germany. In 2003, she moved to Los Angeles, then jumped to New York in 2004 to grow as an artist on both coasts. She set up her Dallas art studio in 2006 to focus on growing the versatility of her portfolio in a serene atmosphere. Intrigued by the challenge of working within limitations of temperature and time, Anja embarked on her resin art journey in 2014 to master the craft. Her love for bold colors reflects in her artwork and her creations are rich in contrast and vibrancy. 

Each and every resin piece has it's own dynamic, energy, and flow, which Anja is channeling by being truly in the moment throughout the whole creation process. She draws her inspiration from her various travels around the world, the beauty and purity of nature, as well as her emotional connections with humans, animals, and food. Today, as a multi-faceted artist working in a range of mediums, Anja offers a variety of workshops and art services to choose from.

You and your guests/ team members will be pouring resin on top of a wood panel to create your artwork. Painting sizes vary from 6"x6" to 20"x20". This offering is available as a workshop, or as an activation at your event.

Wall Art

Watch Anja create one of her masterpieces right in front of you and your guests/ team members. The whole mixing and pouring proccess takes usually about an hour. Paintings can be as big as 4'x6'.

Since 2013, the Brass Animals, have delighted audiences of all shapes and sizes at corporate events, weddings, private and special events, and sporting events all over the country. Our sound fuses the popular New Orleans-style brass band style with an eclectic blend of hip-hop, R&B, funk and pop. Typical performances include explosive renditions of recent favorites by artists like Beyoncé, Bruno Mars, Aaliyah, Bad Bunny, and Janelle Monáe, as well as our own spin on vintage classics by Louis Armstrong, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Herbie Hancock, The Meters and more.

We’ve worked with the established companies and organizations like the Oakland Raiders, Google, Jack Daniels, Salesforce, the San Jose Earthquakes, St. Elmos Brewing Company, Genentech, and Marriott International. We’ve also performed for many engaged couples and newlyweds and have been recognized as a 2018 Couples Choice Award Winner by WeddingWire.

UK native Fonteyn spent her formative years pursuing Musical Theatre and acting in England, but it wasn’t until she started making music that she felt able to express herself authentically. Writing songs provided a home for her idiosyncrasies to coexist. Bewitched by the sound of the 70’s, Fonteyn draws from her musical idols, Carole King, Todd Rundgren and Paul McCartney, to name a few. Her debut album “Trip the light Fantastic” offers music centered around rainbow chords and melody. The songs are playful, sentimental, and offer a sense of the theatrical. Fonteyn wants to take you by the hand and sweep you into another time and place. "Trip the light Fantastic" is an introduction to Fonteyn's songwriting and musical soundscape. Drawing from a rainbow of influences in 1970's pop, the album is a hedonistic exploration of melody with each song in pursuit of a particular musical feeling.

France-based musician and producer Barrie Lindsay, known simply as Barrie, has a passion for creating left-of-center pop music that reflects what The New York Times describes as “a kaleidoscopically vivid inner world.” When she was crafting her sophomore album, Barbara, it became apparent that the sixteen tracks should be split into two. The first, Barbara, is an emotionally-charged collection of 11 songs dealing with the loss of a parent, the love of a new partner, and finding one's own identity that would go on to be deemed “one of the most complete pop full-lengths of 2022” (Billboard) and “an album that truly sounds like no other” (Consequence). Barbara garnered praise from FADER, NPR, PAPER, and NYLON. The remaining five tracks are more light-hearted and off-the-cuff. An avid runner, Barrie called the new project 5K. It is an EP that links the supple dream pop of Barrie’s debut LP Happy To Be Here to the more emotionally-grounded and experimental sounds of Barbara.

Noah Prebish, Peter Spears, and Brother Michael are the core members of Psymon Spine, an original indie band from Brooklyn, NY. Its 2021 album, Charismatic Megafauna, explored complicated feelings and catharsis through a singular approach to left-of-center indie, electronic, and dance sounds. Having grown up in the ‘00s and ‘10s with a deep appreciation for the art of "the remix," the trio craved longer and more dance-floor friendly versions of their songs to play at their recurring party Secret Friend. The result was Charismatic Mutations: a remixed cornucopia of tasty new sounds, ranging from slow-burner headphone journeys, to mid-tempo sunset-and-white-suit head nodders, to 3am deranged apocalyptic club heaters. In both albums, Psymon Spine puts its own loopy and addictive stamp on sounds of the past. The band has earned praise from publications such as Paste, FLOOD, Brooklyn Vegan, Under The Radar, and NME, as well as notable airplay from KEXP, KCRW and the BBC.

The Slaps is an original indie rock band from Chicago, IL, composed of guitarist/vocalist Rand Kelly, bassist/vocalist Ramsey Bell, and percussionist/vocalist Josh Resing. The trio’s latest album, Tomato Tree, is an exercise in patience that seamlessly showcases the virtues of experimentation. The synth-laden “Hell No” and the instrumental “Autotelic” tracks showcase the band’s ability to creatively bring programmed sounds into the fold, blending Bell and Resing’s interest in electronic music with The Slaps’ typical organic soundscapes. The Slaps emphasize the unmediated live expression of music from artist to audience – making it no surprise that the lyrics for the album’s opener, “Anything For Now,” meditates on mosh pits and music venues. Bell spoke on their live sets, saying, “We’re always trying to break down this barrier of the audience thinking that we’re performing for them. We want to bring them into the album and into our performances as much as possible.”

81355 (pronounced “bless”) is an original hip-hop collaboration between three of the Indianapolis music scene’s most elder statesmen: Sirius Blvck, Oreo Jones, and David “Moose” Adamson. Having worked together in the past, 81355 (formed in 2021) is the first time the trio has bonded together from conception to execution. The group’s stunning debut album, This Time I’ll Be of Use, is a cross between ghostly Jean-Michel Jarre’s swirling bossa nova steeped hip-hop beats and surrealist word-play delivered with sharp resolve. These three musical vagabonds have brought their individual sounds together to form a sonic and lyrical tapestry rich with vision and style. Simultaneously mystical and stark, dancing between different and better futures, alternative realities, yet never leaving this one, this travel through temporal realities and parallel universes is matched by the syncopation of both vocal and musical delivery that plays with rhythm, rhyme, melody and meter.

Work Wife is the indie rock project made up of Brooklyn-based musicians Meredith Lampe, Cody Edgerly and Kenny Monroe. With influences such as Faye Webster, Neil Young and American Football, Work Wife blends melancholy lyrics and folk rock instrumentals to achieve music that evokes their own dark humor. Work Wife's debut EP was released December 2022 on Born Losers Records, produced by Jordan Dunn-Pilz and Daniel Álvarez de Toledo (TOLEDO) and mixed by Melina Duterte (Jay Som). Their tour history includes stages shared with acts such as Anthony Green and Cafuné, and have been featured in FLOOD Magazine, Rolling Stone India, Audiotree, and Under the Radar. Their sophomore EP is due out in 2023.

Pile is a three-piece – lead vocalist/guitarist Rick Maguire, drummer Kris Kuss, and Alex Molini on bass/keyboards – original indie rock band from Boston, MA. Alongside the blistering drums and scorched-earth riffs that first galvanized Pile’s fanbase, the band has incorporated elegiac strings, mystifying vocal corrosions, and haunting synths. Maguire—the fastidious composer, evocative guitarist, and potent voice behind the solo-turned-punk project—gives musical body to his interior world in scream-along-able lyrics that skew surreal. Kuss’s time-defying performances, layered over gnarled basslines, have garnered widespread acclaim. Molini’s addition in 2019 helped take Pile’s thunderous noise to more intricate realms. For 15 years, Pile’s evolving take on rock has earned the group one oft-repeated superlative: “your favorite band’s favorite band.” Ceaseless touring has taken its members from Boston’s basement circuit to international festivals, garnering the band’s global appeal.

Manwolves is a prominent up-and-coming band from Chicago, IL, made up of five lifelong friends who’ve found the perfect formula for combining their individual music palettes. Jamie McNear (vocals), Eli Cohen (guitar), Henry Wolf (bass), Julian Freeman (drums), and Ari Garfin (keys) make up the original band, which is known for its unique hip-hop influenced indie/alternative rock sound. Manwolves has amassed over 65 million streams, been featured on multiple editorial playlists such as Spotify’s “Low-Key” and Apple Music “Travis Mills Show”, and charted #3 on Spotify’s Viral Chart. The group has sold out multiple headlining shows at Thalia Hall, Lincoln Hall, Chop Shop, & Subterranean. The band has experimented with new sounds and musical approaches in recent years, pushing them into a sonic shift with a more live feel. Stepping into this new era, Manwolves are back with full force. Their latest album, 3rd Dog, released in April 2023, and is available on all streaming platforms.

We play a variety of 90’s-2020’s country covers and/or originals. We’ve are proud to say we have been a group since 2013 and have been signed to both Sony and Big Machine. The bands/artists our originals and covers sound like would be Luke Combs, Morgan Wallen, Alabama, Jason Aldean and Eric Church.  The number of instruments and people in our lineup range from different setups which are solo/duo/trio/full band. We have opened for Luke Bryan, ZZtop, Luke combs, Cole Swindell, Parmalee, Lainey Wilson, Tracy Lawrence, Chris Young, Kenny Chesney, Alabama and Thomas Rhett just to name a few. We have written songs with Mitchell Tenpenny, Ernest, Ray Fulcher, Josh Dunne, Tommy Cecil, Patrick Murphy, Dallas Wilson and many other incredible talents here in Nashville. We are actively working on a new album and writing new songs multiple times a week for pitching to other artists. We have enough sound equipment to be completely self contained for a solo to fill band. Can’t wait to play for you!

Two gifted singers, guitarists, and songwriters teamed up to create Striking Matches, whose music is a fresh combination of country, blues, rock, and pop, with an approach that respects roots music traditions while making room for new musical thinking. The Nashville-based duo mix up country, blues, and rock with impressive vocals and tasty dual guitar work.
 
They’re known for their songs on shows like “Nashville”, “Grey’s Anatomy”, “American Idol” and others, and their high-energy performances have provided them with an international fanbase.
Their highly-anticipated second LP will be out in early 2024.

Her social media prowess is immense and her TIk Tok series, “Finish the Lick” that shows off her proficiency on multiple instruments, has garnered her more than 30 million views.
