Jess Joseph and tenor saxophonist Joey Barnett are New Orleans based musicians, and both recent graduates of Berklee College of Music. Jess’s vocals have a soulful, inviting, and passionate sound, and Joey’s expressive, smooth, and melodically clever tenor saxophone style pairs perfectly. The two create soulful sounds perfect for background entertainment for a cocktail party, or center stage for the entertainment of the crowd. The two enjoy playing for all types of audiences, and take pride and joy in carrying on the musical tradition of jazz and rock classics. Since Jess is an original artist, there is never a shortage of original music creativity in her set. She also enjoys creating cover mashup medleys, making it very fun and fresh for the listener.
