Amy Bream

Amy Bream is an adaptive athlete with a passion for challenging herself with new boundaries and limits. Born with PFFD, she has grown up missing the majority of her right leg, and has used a prosthesis since she was one year old. Amy never pursued athletics until moving to Nashville and joining a boxing gym in 2015. Since then, she has been on a journey of gaining skill and confidence, both as an athlete and young adult. Amy started training and competing in CrossFit in 2021 in the adaptive lower extremity division. Amy has spoken to a variety of audiences, including students, athletes, and business professionals. She was featured in ESPN's 2021 "That's a W" commercial, and has competed as a professional athlete sponsored by Nike and 1st Phorm.
