Petal Rose is a NY-native, Brooklyn-based DJ, and producer trying to nurture our community's heartbeat. There are certain times throughout the night (or day) when the music is bumping, the crowd is jumping, and everyone is briefly connected spiritually. They don’t see playing out as a performance but as a necessary ritual keeping all beings connected to one common sonic denominator. These moments have many names but for Petal “Community Heartbeat” best describes the vibe they bring to every event. Expect sounds from all parts of the world with some of your favorite classics mixed in or reimaged for the modern era. Petal loves to mix the way they live their life: by combining ideas that don’t normally go together.
