David “DJ” Lee aka Rockababyrock is a beatboxer, songwriter, performer, and emcee/host who began his career as the lead vocalist of the indie band Scratch Track. He toured with Scratch Track full-time from 2003-2014 sharing stages with the likes of The Zac Brown Band, The Roots, O.A.R, and numerous other acts. As a solo artist, Rockababyrock performs live using only his voice and a looping pedal to create layers of percussion and harmonic tones as backing tracks for covers, originals and “personalized freestyle” songs. Lee has performed all over the United States, Europe and Japan—and beginning in 2020, he has embraced the “virtual world” by performing and hosting a variety of online corporate and college events.
