Improv Workshop (team building, corporate event)

"We couldn’t have asked for a better MC for our Sparks Awards Dinner. From the moment he arrived, Ross jumped right in, quickly reading the room's vibe and connecting with the crowd naturally and engagingly. He took the time to introduce himself, learn about VEG, and understand the roles and stories behind the people in the room. This allowed him to add meaningful context and detail to every introduction. He was incredibly easy to work with, adaptable, and thoroughly professional throughout the night. We’re so grateful he was part of such a special evening and would be thrilled to work with him again."

Megan Ordway - VEG ER for Pets

"Ross has an engaging style that is second to none. His insights are incredibly impactful. Highly recommend!"

He’s entertaining, engaging, and most importantly, genuine. It’s obvious that Ross feels a calling to help others and finds joy in seeing them grow and succeed! We can’t wait to have Ross back to continue working with us.”

Hayley Podschun

“It’s not every day you get to say that Glinda the Good Witch from Wicked was your keynote speaker… but we did. And Hayley Podschun was pure magic.

A Broadway and screen powerhouse, Hayley brought charm, energy, and wisdom to the stage—but what truly resonated was her story of determination.

She auditioned for the role of Glinda six times over several years. She didn’t give up. She knew the role was meant for her—and on the sixth try, she got the call.

Her message? Do whatever it takes.
Whether you’re onstage, backstage, or navigating your own career path—show up, stay ready, and keep going.

Hayley reminded us that resilience isn’t about avoiding rejection or setbacks—it’s about pushing through them. It’s about hard work, heart, and believing in yourself even when the answer is “not yet.”

Thank you, Hayley, for your honesty, humour, and for reminding us that with grit and grace, we really can step into the roles we were born to play.

Joanne Henry, Conference Direct

“Hayley was amazing! Great to work with and what a great way to end our conference."

Her closing keynote was one of the highest-rated sessions of our conference, earning an average speaker rating of Excellent from more than 150 attendee evaluations.

Bankers described her as "absolutely amazing," "inspirational and entertaining," "outstanding," and "very relatable."

She kept the audience fully engaged, energized the room, and delivered a memorable finish that was the perfect way to close our conference.

Motivational Keynote

We engaged Christopher as a speaker at our 2021 Annual Users’ Group meeting. We are an ERP tech company, so it is nice to break up the intensity with some useful human insights we all could use.
Christopher did not disappoint, he was brilliant, entertaining, insightful, and captivated the audience throughout. He was still the subject of conversation on the second day. Christopher reminded us of how poor we are at listening, and how much we have to gain by trying.

Mike Taylor - The Rubicon Group, LTD

Chris was booked to provide a virtual presentation at our leadership conference, “The Magic of Change”. He worked with our committee to tailor the presentation to our specific needs. I’ve never booked a presenter that was so dedicated to making sure every detail was just what we needed.

His presentation was absolutely amazing! Everyone on our leadership team has been raving about it. I’ve heard from several about the great take aways they had and how they are already starting to implement some of the ideas as we move forward in our agency transformation. Change is difficult but with the new insights he provided our managers are better equipped to be successful.

Renae McIntosh - Iowa Department of Human Services

Christopher performed a fantastic Mentalist Show for our Regional Sales Team via MS Teams! We’d had other performers and speakers in for events, but none had quite mastered the ability to engage and hold the audience, and perform so professionally using a virtual format. Seeing the mind-blown looks on people’s faces as he guessed correctly was priceless and provided a much needed break from these folks that spend so much time in front of the computer and in meetings. Loved it!!

Stephanie Woods Bodine - Comcast Business

Thank you for your amazing performance during our ILICA Convention. Your mind-blowing act impressed us! You deliver a quality performance that professionally intertwines your art with skilled showmanship. You are a one-of-a-kind performer; I am a big fan!

Ryan Arcy - Illinois Land Improvement Contractors Association

Chris, thank you for your exceptional sessions at last week’s meeting in Orlando. I am quite pleased at how you activated the principles of my presentation, and made the experience unforgettable for all who attended.

You created a buzz within the entire sales organization, and there is a very good chance that I will be reaching out to work with you again in the future, as there were many associates who were disappointed that they did not take the experience in.

Really great working with you, and thanks again.

John P Machak - William Wrigley Jr. Company

Chris, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for a simply amazing presentation to our conference attendees. You have a unique ability to blend the fascinating with the concept of maximizing our inner strengths and then to tie them all together with fun and flare.

Over the years I have had the unfortunate task of attending a number of presentations that lack style, substance, message and any sense of entertainment. Your approach and methods captured every person from ownership to managers and tied them together with human commonality that we cannot evade.

We look forward to our next encounter and thank you for the obvious amount of attention to detail that you put forth for every client.”

Bill Gray - Prestige Healthcare

Your entertaining presentation was enlightening, and we received numerous positive comments on the impactful and fun presentation that you had prepared!

We appreciate the time and effort you invested in tailoring your program to our members. On behalf of our board of directors and our members we want to express our gratitude. Thank you and we hope to see you again soon.

You did it again! I believe your recent performance for our meeting was the fifth time I have engaged you and, as always, the experience for our guests as well as me was exceptional.

Virginia McDonald - ASA Chicago

We were particularly impressed with your approach,…your delivery of some of the amazing random revelations that were disclosed during the audience participation…truly made for a very entertaining and Wow experience. It was a great way to start our program in Chicago and set a high energy level for our meetings the rest of the week.

Tim Tate - T. Marzetti Co

Your performance was both hilarious and astounding. And I truly appreciate how you were able to work our products into your performance

Vasant Narasimhan - Novartis Pharmaceuticals

I’ve spent decades leading corporate events, conferences, fundraisers, awards shows, and large‑scale productions across the country, and my focus has always been the same: create connection, elevate the room, and guide the program with clarity, timing, and presence.
My background in comedy, acting, and live performance has given me the instincts to read a room quickly and adjust to whatever the moment calls for — warmth, humor, authority, or calm leadership. Hosting isn’t just about keeping a schedule; it’s about shaping the energy of the event, supporting the production team, and helping the audience feel engaged and included. I take pride in being adaptable, prepared, and steady, especially when the unexpected happens, as it often does in live events.

Host/Emcee for Events

Sandy Hackett

Dear Sandy -
It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for you. Your recent presentation at the Osher Lifelong Learning (OLLI) Susan Samelson lecture at Ringling College of Art and Design was nothing short of exceptional.
Your insight into comedy and humor, influenced by your legendary father Buddy Hackett, captivated the audience and left a lasting impression. Your ability to blend wit, charm, and genuine wisdom about the art of comedy was truly remarkable.
Your presentation not only entertained but also enlightened the audience, offering valuable perspectives on the power of laughter and its role in our lives. Your passion for comedy is real, inspiring all who had the privilege of hearing you speak. Our audience loved it! You will be a hard act to follow.
I have no doubt that your expertise and experience in the world of comedy make you an invaluable resource for any audience or institution. Your unique perspective, combined with your engaging presentation

Anthony Cancro Ringling College of Art and Design

Sandy was amazing to work with and my team thoroughly enjoyed his fresh perspective on embracing change. He knew when to bring in comedy and when to bring in life experiences that would engage the minds of his audience, and everyone walked away feeling empowered!
