Originally the house band for a high end Scottsdale supper club, TEMPO is comprised of some of Arizona's best musicians. 
Beginning in January of 2026, TEMPO became the house band for Caesars Republic in Scottsdale, performing every Friday and Saturday. They also performed for Lisa Vanderpump's restaurant, WOLF, grand opening.

The band takes on unique songs, adding flashy solos, 3 part harmonies, and unique arrangements, great for everything from a lounge setting, to a wedding reception. 

While the band typically performs as a 4 piece, with 3 vocalists, drums, bass, guitar, and keys; they are also able to add a saxophonist, and violinist. 

TEMPO plays everything from Taylor Swift to U2; Fleetwood Mac to Teddy Swims.

He has played around 100 corporate events over the years and is very familiar adjusting his set depending on what the client wants (ex. background music versus more high energy).

With an active performing and recording schedule, and a growing studio of students, Shawn Tairyu Head has dedicated himself to bringing the shakuhachi to new audiences around the world. While he embraces the traditional melodies of the ancient repertoire known as honkyoku, his classical conservatory training and Western spiritual perspective make him equally at home composing and commissioning new works that explore the unique sonic possibilities of the shakuhachi. As a performer, composer, and teacher, his goal is nothing less than a shakuhachi revival.

“By nurturing a deep appreciation for shakuhachi and other traditional Japanese arts, I hope to contribute to an artistic renaissance in Japan. My goal is to inspire the younger generation to embrace these ancient traditions, fostering a new wave of Shihans (“masters”) who will carry forward the legacy of honkyoku melodies.”

Shawn Head presented a fascinating lecture on Japanese musical notation and Japanese flute music for my sophomore Music Theory class. I was impressed with his ability to convey the subtle details of the music on his Japanese flute. The students found his presentation to be quite engaging and enjoyed it very much. I did as well!

His technical and musical command of the instrument were stunning, and the repertoire performed was captivating. Amani Roberts, aka DJ AmRo,  is a DJ who understands music from the inside out. A Washington, D.C., native, he grew up immersed in a region renowned for producing some of the most distinctive sounds in American musical history. That foundation shaped everything.

A graduate of Howard University,  Berklee College of Music, and the world-renowned Scratch Academy, DJ AmRo brings a level of musicological fluency to the decks that most DJs simply don't have. He doesn't just know what sounds good - he knows why it works, where it comes from, and how it moves an audience on a deeper level.

His sets are rooted in R&B, hip-hop, and Pop music, but never confined by them. As a genre blender and mood-intelligent DJ, Amani reads a room the way a skilled storyteller reads an audience - with precision, patience, and an eye toward the arc of the experience.

I love playing all thing country music. Originally from Texas! I love to have fun and get everyone feeling good! If you have a request, I will see what the internet gives me. 

I love the classics and well as the newest in country. When you hire me, get ready to have a honkytonk throwdown. 

My wife and I created Stompin Grounds Entertainment to bring line dancing and country music to the corporate world. I do play other music besides country, all you have to do is ask!

I have performed my skills at venues all over broadway (Nashville, TN), Coastal Country Jam in Long Beach, CA, Opryland Hotel & Resort, several Hotels in Nashville, and looking forward to making your team smile and have fun!

Regulars at Ole Red and Cat 10, they bring top-notch musicianship and high energy to every stage. We cover it all from acoustic cocktail hours to full-band blowouts. Weddings, corporate parties, festivals, you name it. We play the hits with a country twist, bringing the right energy from backyard to black tie, first sip to last dance.
