This set would be a solo acoustic guitar and vocals. An intimate setting for the event.

Duo/Trio
This set includes 2-3 musicians with acoustic guitar, lead guitar and bass. Travis Van Hoff leads the vocal arrangement with subtle backup harmonies from the accompaniment.

Full Band
The full band set typically includes 4-5 musicians with two guitars, full drums, bass, and sometimes keys. Travis Van Hoff leads the vocal arrangement with subtle backup harmonies from the accompaniment. This set can also include a female vocalist who co-leads the arrangement. The full band set offers a big and robust sound that can pump up a room full of stuffy NYC bankers.

Born and raised out West at the base of the Rocky Mountains. Inspired by The West! Van Hoff has had several national television and commercial placements. Jacob and Chelsea grew a social media following from 1000 followers to over half a million in a little less than a year with their fun (and often funky) approach to reimagining and harmonizing a wide range of songs, like Billy Joel’s “Movin Out” and “Just The Way You Are,” or Adele’s “All I Ask.” They specialize in crafting their arrangements to get the most out of each song and performance, and are continuously pushing the upper limits of how much fun two people can have playing music. 

Wendlo can get the party moving with their upbeat, electric guitar/drum pad arrangements, break your heart with their harmonies and acoustic two-guitar performances, or fill the space with whatever arrangement suits the atmosphere!

His sound relies on primal and exciting harmonies served on a steady beat; like if Bill Withers had a drink with Springsteen and then they decided to record in johannesburg. His Americana-Soul-Sonics, his volunteer efforts and fundraising with One Generation Away, and his drive to make the most of every performance all aim to create moments of community through his music and to leave listeners/audience members with the feeling that we’re really not strangers, afterall.

*LaTisha Johnson Montgomery is an American singer/songwriter from Fayette, Alabama. Her journey in music began when she was just a child at the age of seven; She sang in the church choir at the Unity Grove Missionary Baptist Church as a soprano. As an adult, LaTisha would continue her journey in the music industry by singing background for an all female quartet group which originated in Tuscaloosa, Al for the duration of two years. In December 2020 LaTisha released her first ep entitled "Christmas Classics" which included three of the worlds most enjoyed Christmas songs. Although she has a background in traditional gospel music, LaTisha has a unique style of writing and singing which sets her apart. BackBeats Band put on a great show this past July 7th.
They delivered some great nostalgic dance music and kept the dance floor full with their fans and happy Elks.   We loved meeting the wonderful people they brought along with them.  
The number of meals served that night nearly beat our highest record.
What a great fit Backbeats are for our group entertainment.  We look forward to their next gig with us on September 8th.
