We create language and understanding for different personality types, and discuss how to leverage different type's strengths. We focus on type-specific communication and developing compassion for ourselves and our coworkers.

Bryce’s enthusiasm for sport and fitness took a twist in his mid-40’s when he started dancing. He played basketball in high school and college and continued that interest in recreation and church leagues. In search of a lower-impact sport, Bryce took up Ballroom and Country dance. With six Country Dance World Championships to his name, he not only coaches competitive dancers, but also leads line dance and partner dance workshops for community, church, and corporate groups.
