Jennifer spent the time to get to know our school in our zoom meeting ahead of time. She tailored her talk to make sure it was appropriate for our community. From the start, she captivated the audience and provided our community with ways we can all be leaders, even if we are not sure how to start. Her Q&A with students was well received, and I had multiple people ask for her contact information to ask further questions. Highly recommend her to speak at your org

Fred D. - President of Institute for Effective Professional Selling

I am beyond grateful to Queirra Fenderson and her incredible team at The Ambition Studio for bringing our vision for the Women’s Empowerment Conference to life.

While we had the idea, they masterfully crafted the entire experience, from a flawlessly executed program and thoughtfully designed conference schedule to detailed PowerPoints, beautifully printed materials, and seamless event execution. Their ability to pivot in real time and navigate transitions effortlessly was nothing short of exceptional.

Together, we created a space that truly empowered women, inspiring them to confidently own their space and their role. They also brought together executive leadership, both male and female, for a powerful fireside chat that became a defining moment of recognition, insight, and inspiration.

Queirra’s team also created space within the program for a special highlight: a surprise visit from our CEO, Bill Dean, who was genuinely inspired by the energy in the room. His support in recognizing the impact of the event, and encouraging both the women in attendance and the Ambition Studio team, made the moment even more meaningful. Queirra’s ability to seamlessly integrate his presence and remarks without disrupting the flow of the event made it look effortless.

Thank you, Ambition Studio, for helping us spark meaningful change. I can’t recommend this team highly enough.
