The EVA team calls this the “soft hold” phase. After sending your offer, you will be notified if you or another entertainer has been chosen for the event. While waiting for feedback from the client, we recommend doing the following:
Make sure all your active offers are up to date. Clients can accept your offer at anytime and head to the contract phase.
Feel free to contact the client at any time using the messaging section within the event. They will get a notification, so be sure it’s a detailed and valuable message.
If an offer price needs editing while in the logistics stage, you can edit it by using the “Edit Offer” button on the offer you’d like to update.
If you or another act are chosen, you will be sent a notification and email.
