Creating Your Event
Step One: Head to
bookwitheva.com and select
"Sign Up As An Event Planner". Fill out the form with your first and last name and your preferred email for notifications. Add a password and then click submit. You will receive an email to verify your new account.
Step Two: Click the link in your email to confirm and activate your account. Log in to your account and head to your dashboard. You will see the "Create Event" and "Browse Entertainment" buttons.
Step Three: Press the "Create Event" button to create your first event. When creating your event, we ask that you include all the details for your event and more so we can match your event with the perfect entertainment.
Browsing and Inviting Entertainment to Your Event
From the "Entertainment" page, you will be able to view EVA's roster of vetted entertainers. You can filter by location, type of entertainment, style/genre, setups, occasion, and virtual or in-person event.
On each act's individual profile, you will be able to see their bio, socials, photos, videos, and testimonials.
You are able to request to book this entertainer directly from their entertainer profile using the "Invite To Event" button. You may also request them after creating your event.
