What To Know Before Your Event
What’s Handled by EVA:
Event Details: All the event details will be found in your deal agreement before the event. They will also be on the platform in your account for easy access.
Insurance: We will handle all the event insurance needs as this is often a request of the clients.
Client Contact Info: The client contact info will be available on the event page and you will also be emailed that contact info when the planner signs the contract.
Entertainer Expectations:
Arrival Expectations: Please arrive at the venue at least 1-2 hours in advance and set up/be ready to go at least 30 minutes before doors open/start time (unless otherwise specified). Please dress in appropriate attire as specified in the event details.
Etiquette: Please do not eat off the event buffet; consume alcoholic beverages before, during, or after the event; use inappropriate language on stage or to any event staff; set up tip buckets, venmo requests, or sell merchandise, unless approved by the client.
Other: If the client approaches you about booking directly for future events, please let the EVA team know. Additionally, do not request anything the day of the event that was not previously stated in your rider. This includes sound, FSB, etc.
